Every regulatory and fee specific is cited to a primary government source or clearly flagged for verification, cost is always presented as a dated range rather than a quote, and we flag conflicts between older local documents and the 2023 state law, HB 1337, rather than guessing. We do not publish review stars, testimonials, or any figure we cannot stand behind.
